Obstetrics: Stages of Pregnancy

24 Weeks

This visit will be a routine visit that will be similar to many of your other visits. At this time you will be asked to provide a urine sample in addition to having a “tummy check” and blood pressure check. Your provider will be available to help you with any questions and/or concerns that you may have at this point.

By this visit you should decide at which hospital you would like to deliver. Please be sure to tell your provider in order for all necessary arrangements may be made. Also, please remember that it is your responsibility to pre-register with the hospital of your choice and to contact anesthesia. This information may be found under OB resources.
